Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Perishable goods (like teas or tinctures) are final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Well email you a return authorization and instructions
  4. Package your return with the original packing slip
  5. Ship the package to our fulfillment center

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, well send you an email to notify you that weve received your returned item. Well also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@herbalhealth.com with photos of the damaged item. Well arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

For returns that qualify for free return shipping, well provide a prepaid return label.
