Due to the nature of our herbal products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
Some states/countries have restrictions on certain herbal ingredients. If were unable to ship an item to your location, well notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Unclaimed packages will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.
